Equipment Operator

Performs all functions of laborer

Operates equipment such as excavators, backhoes, trenchers, bucket trucks, digger derrick trucks, etc.

Responsible for safe operation of equipment at all times

Knows functions and capabilities of authorized equipment

Inspects equipment for damage and wear

Assists in management of crew as directed by foreman or supervisor.

Installs all materials on project with assistance of laborers

Familiarity of project specifications and can train laborers in those specs

Works with foreman to complete daily assigned tasks

Has or is seeking Class A CDL.

Must have valid drivers license or able to renew license within 90 days of employment
